We want you to love your Patara shoes, but if the fit isn't right, we offer free exchanges and returns for store credit on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

Pack and Ship
Place your unworn shoes back in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
